QUICK FIT Quick Release Couplings

Design Principle : The principle behind the design of QUICK FIT QRC is simple PUSH & PULL. The Adapter when pushed into the Coupler is securely held by the self locking arrangement resulting in a positive & leak proof connection. This action simultaneously open the valve & the fluid start. To disconnect, pull back the sleeve of the coupler, the adapter ejects out & the valve shuts off automatically.

Quick Fit QRC, are manufactured from selected raw material under strict quality control

b) Available in Aluminium, SS 304 , SS 316, SS 316L(from Bar Stock Only)

Spring: Available in Spring Steel SS 304 and SS 316

Ball: Available in Steel SS 304, SS 316 and SS 316L

Seal: Nitrile, Viton, Neoprene, Silicon, Hypalon and other grade seal

End Connection : Socket Weld, Hose Thread, Pipe Thread, Hose Shank and Flanged

Types : V V- Double Check Valve / V - Single Check Valve / T- Without Check Valve

Size : 1/8" (3 mm) to 4" (100 mm) depening on Type and Material

Design Principle

The principal behind the design of Quick Fit Camlok is Simple Pivot pins for Coupler Cam arm whch lock into the adapter, grove are located so that when line pressure attempts to force the Camlok apart , the locking action . When properly connected, line pressure will not separate a Camlok with recommended pressure limit.

Quick Fit Camlock are manufactured from selected raw meterial under strict quality control

Material body

Available in solid bar stock of Aluminium , Mild Steel,Brass, ss 304 & ss 316

Available in casting of Carbon Steel Grade WCB or l.S. 1030, Gunmetal Grade LG2C, Aluminium & Bronze Grade AB2C, SS 304 with c.f.0.08 & SS 316 c.f.0.08.

Cam Arms

Available in castings of SS 304, with c.f.0.08, SS 316 with c.f. 0. 08 Gunmetal Grade LG2C & Aluminium & Bronz Grade AB2C

Seals : Available in Nitrile, Viton, Neoprene, Silicon, Hypalon and other high grade seal.

End connection : Socket weld, Hose Thread, Pipe Thread, Hose Shank and Flanged.

Size : 1/2" to 6" depending on Type and Material

Working Pressure : For 1/2" to 2" - 500 PSI/ 3" to 4" - 200 PSI/5" to 6" -100 PSI

Temperature : The Couple can handle fluid from - 40 degree to +350 degree Centigrade with right selection of Body Material & seal
